On the merger control front, the team is particularly experienced in multi-jurisdictional cases (and related foreign investment control), while on the contentious side the team has recently appeared in high-profile proceedings before the FCA and the French courts, including successfully defending Volvo and Renault Trucks against follow-on damages claims before the Commercial Court of Lyon. Jérôme Philippe, who is based in Paris and Brussels, leads the team and also co-heads the regulatory practice. Charlotte Colin-Dubuisson was a new arrival in early 2024.
