Work highlights

  • Advising the French press magazine trade union (the “SEPM”) in a major dispute against Google before the FCA (the neighbouring rights case), and recently represented the SEPM in the proceedings that led to Google being fined again (€250M) for breaching its commitments taken before the FCA.
