- Represented EDF/Dalkia in an investigation by the French Competition Authority regarding an allegation of anticompetitive practices, resulting in a significant victory with the complete dismissal of the case.
- Representing Equativ (formerly Smart AdServer SAS) in a damages claim against Google following the €220M fine imposed by the French Competition Authority on Google in June 2021.
- Advised Terreal on antitrust aspects relating to the sale of its major activities in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United States, to Wienerberger, a listed Austrian-based group, and partially to Swisspor, which involved three Phase II proceedings in different jurisdictions.
