Advising Groupement Les Mousquetaires (Intermarché) on the acquisition of 100+ supermarkets of the Casino group in France, with a potential extension option (matter value: total turnover of €1.6 billion), as part of the global restructuring of the Casino group.
Advising Montagu, shareholder and creditor of the Aqualung group (a company specialised in aquatic sports and underwater equipment production), in its 2 rounds of amicable financial restructuring and its sale process to one of its creditors, Barings.
Advising the Walor group in various restructuring processes through two ad hoc mandates and two conciliation proceedings, to enable the takeover of the group by Mutares, the restructuring of more than 60 million euros of debt, the industrial transformation and the shutting-down of two factories.
