- Assisted the Wellbred oil trading group in the takeover of the activities of Premester, a distressed company, which had sales of over €90m before the insolvency proceedings were opened.
- Assisted C4 Industries in acquiring a stake in the distressed Arc Group, Europe's largest glassmaking group, which notably involved negotiating with the French government to obtain debt restructuring of €120m.
- Assisted ClubFunding, the largest crowdfunding service in France, in its negotiations with the insolvent FIB Group, which involved several contentious procedures that culminated in the first judicial recognition in France of the effectiveness of the trust (fiducie) in the event of insolvency proceedings.
