Work highlights

  • Advised Alcentra and Fidera as part of an investor group (including Atream) in the implementation of a September 2022 agreement (originating from a March 2022 agreement) with Pierre et Vacances.
  • Advising a steering committee consisting of five French and foreign financial institutions that coordinates over fifty creditors (comprising domestic and foreign par lenders, as well as hedge funds) with a collective unsecured debt of approximately €2 billion in the financial restructuring of Orpea S.A., a prominent player in the nursing home sector in France and Europe.
  • Advising a group of secured creditors including Attestor Limited and Davidson Kempner, in the financial restructuring of Casino Group, a leading food retailer, with more than 11,500 stores worldwide across France and Latin America.
