Squair’s IP department stands out for its specialisation in unique areas, including copyright aspects pertaining to street art and the tattoo industry, along with contract enforcement within the art market. The team is particularly active in contentious matters, adeptly representing clients in high-value, intricate, and sensitive infringement cases, as well as handling contractual issues. This well-rounded team operates under the joint management of five partners, Chloé Brotons, Nicolas Le Pays du Teilleul, Quentin Renaud, alongside the additions of Véronique Piguet and Bérénice Ferrand, who brought their expertise to the practice in July 2023.
