Emmanuel Larere is a member of the Intellectual Property, Telecommunications, Media & Technology department. He joined the Firm in 1993 and has contributed towards the development of intellectual property law within the Firm, especially patent law litigation. He became partner in 2003. Emmanuel Larere's practice relates mainly to non-contentious and contentious patent and trademark matters. He is an acknowledged specialist in trademark law and has defended and advised some of the world's leading brands in the luxury goods, cosmetics and sports apparel sectors. In patent law, he has participated in the Firm's most significant cases, particularly those requiring co-ordination of several national legal teams. He has been involved in several cases regarding declarations of non-infringement of patents.
