Racine's group specialises in the structuring of private equity funds for sponsors and management companies, fund reviews, secondary transactions, and related regulatory issues. Rima Maitrehenry heads up the team and focuses her practice on transactions involving the sale or acquisition of fund portfolios, in addition to hybrid transactions involving both fund formation and secondary transactions. Linda Bessa joined the firm from AYACHE in September 2023.
