The group is regularly instructed by sponsors, private equity funds and institutional investors alike. Leadership is shared between Sabina Comis and Cyril Fiat. Comis specialises in advising private equity firms on domestic and international tax structuring mandates, while Fiat, for his part, advises on regulatory issues and assists investors with alternative asset investments.
