McDermott Will & Emery AARPI's 'smart, friendly, multidisciplinary' practice specialises in advising investment funds on LBO operations, namely acquisitions, build-ups and disposals. The team also assists family shareholders with capital restructuring operations, management teams with LBO mandates and corporations with fundraising.
