- Advised ACC on a debt financing in the automobile sector, securing €4.4bn in loan facilities to finance the development of three EV battery gigafactories in Europe.
- Advised Rio Tinto in relation to the Simandou iron ore mining project in Guinea – a $15bn deal involving development of the largest high-grade iron ore mine in the world, including associated large scale multi-user rail and port infrastructure.
