Work highlights

Advised the Japan Bank for International Cooperation and a syndicate of 16 banks on all aspects of the limited-recourse financing of the 488 MW Iles d'Yeu et de Noirmoutier offshore wind farm.
Advised Helexia as sponsor on all aspects of the limited-recourse refinancing of c.600 solar power plants and energy efficiency projects, including the structuring and implementation of a cross-border corporate restructuring carried out before the refinancing.
Advised on a debt and equity rebaselining arising as a result of significant cost overruns during the construction of the 640MW Yunlin offshore wind farm in Taiwan.
