The client roster of the tax team at Delaby Dorison Avocats includes private equity houses, individuals and corporates. The team utilises its expertise in private equity and M&A transactions to assist clients with the entire M&A process, including vendor due diligence, management packaging, negotiating, structuring, the negotiation of SPAs and tax structuring. Emmanuel Delaby advises on the tax aspects of corporate transactions, particularly LBOs and jointly leads the practice with Sophie Dorison who manages the individual tax matters. Romain Hantz and Florian Tumoine were promoted to the partnership in 2023.
