- Ongoing advice and legal representation of a large international food manufacturer against product imitations by a competitor. Following a ruling by the Federal Court of Justice (BGH), the proceedings regarding the ban on imitations were again brought before the Higher Regional Court (OLG), which again ruled in favor of the client.
