Its expertise extends from takeovers and sales to spin-offs and joint ventures to capital market-related matters and covers, among others, the areas of energy, healthcare, infrastructure and automotive. Marco Carbonare heads the practice and, in addition to cross-border M&A transactions and reorganisations, also handles ECM issues.
