- Represented the Federal Republic of Germany in two ICSID proceedings with a total value of over €1 billion. The proceedings relate to the Energy Charter Treaty (ECV) and were initiated by Austrian and Irish investors who had invested in offshore wind projects that were allegedly affected by changes in the law.
