Baker McKenzie demonstrates special expertise at the corporate interface and thus in employment matters pertaining to transactions and post-merger integrations as well as to restructuring and reorganisations. The practice has further expertise in data protection, digitalisation, the use of external personnel and compliance, including internal investigations, for which Bernhard Trappehl and Steffen Scheuer rank among the key contacts; Scheuer jointly heads the team with Christian Reichel, who is adept at works council and union negotiations, as is Alexander Wolff.
