GSK Stockmann team is led by Maritheres Palichleb, who specialises in supporting national and international institutional investors in nursing care real estate investments and transactions as well as VC investments in start-ups in the healthcare, biotechnology and medical technology sectors. Former co-head Markus Söhnchen (corporate and M&A) joined GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in August 2023. Other competencies include the advice on compliance, including matters pertaining to the Hospital Future Act, such as the modernisation of hospitals, digital infrastructure and safeguarding of emergency capacities.
