Loschelder

Loschelder represents both insurers and policyholders in the defence against and enforcement of coverage and liability claims. The focus here is on disputes pertaining to liability insurance and D&O cases as well as technical insurance and personal insurance. Wilfried Rüffer, who is experienced in property insurance and inheritance law, handed over management of the practice to Sandra Orlikowski-Wolf in January 2023, but will remain on the team in an advisory of counsel role. Orlikowski-Wolf specialises in court representation in major losses.
