Heuking's diverse team represents a client roster consisting of insurers, insolvency administrators and auditing firms as well as catering and hotel businesses in the defence and enforcement of damages claims. The two practice heads Rüdiger Schnug and Michael Lauterbach are among the key contacts for professional liability insurance. Andreas Schmitt, who joined the team in early 2023, focuses on financial loss liability insurance, where Martin Karwatzki (also D&O) is another key contact; Karwatzki made partner in January 2024.
