Eisenführ Speiser's litigation practice has become a market fixture and acts in infringement, nullity and opposition proceedings, which often entail cross-border aspects. The team consists of solicitors and patent lawyers who appear before German and European courts and also assist with license negotiations. The core team includes Rainer Böhm, who focuses on the US and India, Michael Schneider, who assists with matters related to medical, chip and mobile phone technology, and Philipp Neels, a key contact for clients from the life sciences, telecommunications and mechanical engineering sectors. Philipp Rastemborski (SEP and employee invention law among other matters), previously at Meissner Bolte Patentanwälte Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB, joined the team in August 2023.
