- Advising Barry's Bootcamp LLC and its German franchisee in several preliminary injunction proceedings before various German regional and higher regional courts against a large Danish sporting goods manufacturer as well as advising on further main proceedings with regard to EU-wide legal remedies and conducting several opposition, revocation and invalidity proceedings before the EUIPO and the DPMA.
- Advising and representing Kanebo Cosmetics Deutschland GmbH on combating the gray market trade in luxury cosmetics outside a selective distribution system; among other things, representing the company in main proceedings (after successful implementation of an interim injunction procedure through all instances) due to a trade mark infringement against the online and offline sales of gray market goods against German retail chain Real.
