Frank Dettmann heads the practice and, in addition to trade mark advice, also assists with design, fair competition and copyright issues. Ulrich-Maria Gross retired in 2024 and Alexander Thünken (trade mark, design and competition law) joined Hauck Patent- und Rechtsanwälte in January 2024.
