Loschelder's competition practice is particularly known for its strong litigation focus, with representation in injunction proceedings being a particular mainstay. The team also has extensive experience in supplementary ancillary copyright as well as trade secret disputes, and further impresses with its strategic capacity, for example in relation to environmentally-related advertising. Thomas Schulte-Beckhausen and Stefan Maaßen are both primarily active in contentious cases and jointly head the practice with Patrick Pommerening, who specialises in IP acquisition, sale and licensing.
