Jan Schumacher covers the entire soft IP range, including related trade mark, design and copyright issues. Pharmaceutical advertising matters are predominantly handled by Gesa Simon, who also often acts in collision assessments and in proceedings before German and European authorities and courts. Founding partner Christian Schmitt left the firm in March 2023 and joined THS.IP.
