Baker McKenzie's competition practice is particularly adept in assisting with trade secret misappropriation, product piracy and border confiscation, where the group frequently acts in an international capacity. This is further complemented by a strong IP transaction practice as well as trade mark and design law capabilities. Michael Fammler, who regularly handles matters concerning licenses and branding, heads the practice.
