Johannes Fein is regularly instructed by non-profit organisations on non-profit, association and association law as well as foundation law. Fein co-leads the practice with Boris Piekarek, who is experienced in asset structuring for wealthy private individuals and also handles tax issues in connection with real estate transactions.
