Winheller primarily advises crypto investors, including wealthy individuals, as well as non-profit organisations and foundations. Johannes Fein is regularly instructed by non-profit organisations on non-profit, association and association law as well as foundation law. Fein co-leads the practice with Boris Piekarek, who is experienced in asset structuring for wealthy private individuals and also handles tax issues in connection with real estate transactions. Nico Glöckle joined the team from FRICK+PARTNER Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater in March 2023 and complements this with experience in advising wealthy private individuals, including crypto millionaires, in criminal tax proceedings as well as in the context of criminal tax voluntary disclosures, particularly in connection with inheritance and gift tax and crypto currencies. In July 2023, Elmar Krüsmann made partner; he regularly acts on behalf of non-profit organisations, foundations and wealthy private individuals.
