Investments, leveraged finance transactions as well as related tax issues and exits are all within the wheelhouse of the group, which is led by Ralph Drebes. He is experienced in providing comprehensive support to PE, infrastructure and financial investors in M&A transactions. Andreas Müller advises financial and private equity investors, corporates and sponsor-backed clients, while private equity houses and financial sponsor clients can rely on Carl Sanders’ counsel.
