The group is led by Christoph Brenner, who advises on takeovers, management-buy-outs and growth financing, and Oliver Duys, who specialises in corporate and real estate portfolio transactions as well as joint ventures. The team was strengthened with the addition of Damien Simonot (M&A transactions) from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in July 2022 and Werner Brickwedde (focus on the energy sector) from Eversheds Sutherland in April 2023.
