GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advises VC funds, investors, start-ups and their founders on financing rounds, tax structuring and transaction planning as well as exits, where the team primarily acts across the technology, healthcare and energy sectors. The practice is jointly led by Munich-based Bernt Paudtke, who advises investors and companies on equity financing with a focus on the technology sector, and Frankfurt-based Tobias Fenck. The latter is well versed in M&A, PE and VC matters pertaining to the regulated and technology sectors. The team was strengthened in January 2024 with the arrival of Stephan Göthel from Pier 11 Göthel Rossbach Schmitz; he is experienced in supporting investors and start-ups in financing rounds, including VC transactions. In March of the same year, Sebastian Frech joined from Norton Rose Fulbright and boasts expertise in deeptech and climatetech.
