Matters frequently involve approval and development plan procedures and, more recently, sustainability and climate change adaptation concepts. In the energy sector, the group has experience in matters relating to local heating networks, geothermal and photovoltaic systems as well as municipal energy parks. This is complemented by litigation expertise. The team is led by Hartmut Fischer (infrastructure projects and building permit procedures), Christoph Rung (project work and award procedures) and Wolfgang Patzelt (urban development contract design and district development).
