The team advises well-known clients on construction and plant construction matters and is additionally well versed in the enforcement of and defence against claims. Further capacities include the advice on traditional construction and architectural law as well as related transactions, financing and leasing issues. Co-head Volker Bock focuses on matters in national and international plant, mechanical and industrial construction; he jointly heads the team with Stefan Weise, who is experienced in plant construction, project development and real estate law.
