In July 2024, Leinemann & Partner had to cope with a considerable loss that came with the departure of construction and procurement lawyers Marc Hilgers, Jarl-Hendrik Kues and Stephan Kaminsky to the subsequently newly founded unit c.r.p. law. partnerschaft mbb, which was counteracted with the recruitment of Till Fischer (construction and architectural law) in March 2024, previously at Henkel Rechtsanwälte. The group's advisory focus continues to rest on construction and infrastructure projects, most recently featuring motorways, hospitals and other healthcare facilities as well as various civil and structural engineering projects. Alongside its construction expertise, procurement matters also frequently features in the group's case load. Practice head Ralf Leinemann also operates at this interface and complements this with experience in dispute resolution, including procurement and review procedures.
