Testimonials

Collated independently by Legal 500 research team.

  • 'The team is characterized by professional brilliance and a constructive and solution-oriented approach. Technologically, the law firm is absolutely advanced thanks to various tools (e.g. a data room for sample contracts). The collaboration is cooperative, fair and on an equal footing, which is why we work with the law firm on all relevant issues.'
  • 'We really enjoy working with Florian Rösch. We receive both quick and legally compliant information, which we can always use in practice. We have also received support in contract negotiations on several occasions to our complete satisfaction. This law firm differs from others particularly in the speed but also in the quality of the information.'
  • 'The entire Greenberg Traurig team has all the qualities I look for in a real estate/M&A legal advisor: pragmatic, dynamic, efficient, responsive, creative, careful, unpretentious, intelligent and, on top of that, a friendly and fun group of people. They are extremely well-connected, business-oriented and have such a wide range of people that they can find the right partner for each specific business. It is particularly impressive to see how the next generation of partners is constantly developing and has already reached at least the same level as the established partners - an example of this is the extremely well-connected Daniel Benighaus as well as Philipp Osteroth and Oliver Markmann.'
  • 'Greenberg Traurig offers everything a client could want - focus on the details without losing sight of the bigger picture, creative and pragmatic solutions, a dynamic team that is available at all times, and a very nice one at that, a team that is great fun to work with. Due to their wide range of advice, the team knows virtually every market participant.'
  • 'Daniel Benighaus is an outstanding advisor, incredibly solution-oriented, has an interdisciplinary understanding of various issues, is always constructive, an outstanding consultant and stakeholder. Henning Sieber is a very good consultant, very knowledgeable, fast and very commercial, good negotiator, top language skills (German/English).'
  • 'Philipp Osteroth is an exceptional negotiator with the best combination of legal skills, commercial awareness and personality. He has a wealth of knowledge and focuses on the most important points of a deal with an incredible work ethic. Most importantly, the documents he creates always work in practice.'
  • 'Oliver Markmann perfectly bridges the gap between legal expertise and the business aspects of a transaction. He has a very business-oriented, pragmatic attitude and is extremely quick and very practical in implementation. Oliver also stands out because he is well connected in the private equity real estate sector.'
