The team is renowned for its expertise in international airline insolvencies and is regularly appointed as insolvency administrator. The practice covers the rail transport, mechanical engineering, healthcare and e-commerce sectors. Co-head Lucas Flöther regularly advises on large-scale and group insolvencies and jointly leads the practice of the boutique, which has twelve German locations, with Andreas Wissing, who is experienced in insolvency law and litigation.
