Work highlights

Assisting Verod Fund in obtaining a license from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to operate as a private equity fund.
Advised Acumen Fund, Inc. on its $600,000 investment in Wami Agro Limited, a Ghanaian agritech start-up focused on supporting smallholder farmers. The investment was structured as a convertible promissory note with the option to convert into preference shares.
