Advising shareholders, multinational entities, and international law firms on cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts, and joint ventures, the Drakopoulos practice is highly regarded for its vast expertise, which spans across a multitude of industries. The team regularly handles all elements of corporate advisory issues, including corporate finance and agreements, alongside drafting complex purchase and supply contracts. Panagiotis Drakopoulos and Mika Lalaouni co-head the group from Athens, with the former specialising in dealing with multi-jurisdictional commercial transactions, and the latter focusing on real estate matters.
