Work highlights

Represented DEPA Commercial before the European Commission in the acquisition of joint control (as a newly entering shareholder) over a company established under the laws of Albania which is the owner of a thermal power plant.
Represented Copelouzos Group (and particularly the company under the name FOODCORP INVESTMENTS) in obtaining clearance by the HCC for the acquisition of joint control over 1904, along with GRIGORIS.
Acted as local counsel for REDESTOS and CERTIS BELCHIM in the notification of their partnership before the HCC.
