Providing legal services and support to the client for the preparation and submission of a file for the inclusion of the project: “Study, Construction, Financing of the Upgrade of the E02 roadway (Mavrovouni– Edessa, Giannitsa bypass, Chalkidona bypass) and operation/maintenance of river Axios bridge – Edessa’s section” to the provisions of L.3389/2005, for it to be implemented as project of Public Private Partnership, as well as for the entire process of awarding the project’s Partnership Agreement.
Provide constant legal support to the Investors during the development, the licensing procedure and construction of a photovoltaic parks project.
