  • Advising a consortium of systemically important banks on the status, impact and consequences of a long series of pending proceedings between the owner of a landmark hospitality unit in the island of Crete and the concessionaire of a landmark hospitality asset in the wider Athens area (the Concessionaire Group).
  • Pursuing a mandate- “package” regarding two portfolios of SME debt, including auction re-arrangements, issuance of executory titles and other enforcement proceedings against various debtors.
