Work highlights

Advised UBS AG as agent and security agent on the provision of a £300m secured term loan facility to the Labtech Group.
Advised Lembaga Tabang Haji, through one of its subsidiaries, LTH Property Holdings 3 Limited, in connection with a bilateral £150m Tawarruq financing provided to the Malaysia Building Society Berhad.
Acted as Guernsey borrower counsel to 13 Guernsey companies in relation to a €144m loan facility provided by Raiffeisen Bank International AG to the borrower group, to enable refinancing of an existing loan facility and the development of certain real estate in Germany.
