In addition to acting for LSE-listed clients, the firm advises on transactions concerning Guernsey-registered buyers and sellers. The team is led by Tom Carey - who advises private equity and investment fund clients on a range of transactional and restructuring matters - and public and private M&A, schemes of arrangement and listings specialist Tony Lane. Andrew Boyce’s practice includes investment and finance transactions, with particular expertise in the establishment and structuring of open and closed-ended funds and associated credit and structured finance products. Senior associate Arya Hashemi is the key contact for cross-border M&A and competition issues.
