Practice head Alasdair Davidson is admitted in the BVI in addition to Guernsey, and handles corporate, fiduciary and insolvency matters. Jon Barclay focuses on financial services disputes, including civil fraud claims and regulatory enforcements. Associate Abigail Houghton joined the firm in May 2022 from Slater and Gordon, and handles both trust and commercial disputes.
