Babbé LLP‘s client base is composed predominantly of financial service providers, which the firm represents in commercial disputes, in addition to acting in regulatory matters and advising HNWIs in trust cases. ’Legal MVP’ Todd McGuffin leads the team, handling cases concerning trusts, insolvency and regulatory challenges, and is also noted for his work in fraud cases and asset recovery procedures. ‘Very capable advocate’ Nicholas Robison is sought after for complex trust disputes and is frequently tasked with representing the interests of minor beneficiaries, in addition to advising shareholders and directors in commercial disputes.
