- Acted for the Competition Commission in its enforcement action under the Second Conduct Rule of the Competition Ordinance, alleging an abuse of market power by Linde and the involvement of an individual in the alleged abuse (Competition Commission v Linde HKO Limited, Tse Chun Wah and Linde GmbH (CTEA 3/2020)), until the close of pleadings.
- Advising the client on the conduct of an internal investigation into certain allegations of anti-competitive conduct raised by a competitor as regards the client’s Hong Kong and Greater China sales arrangements. This involved extensive reviews and strategic advice on relatively novel theories of harm.
