Ing Loong Yang offers extensive experience in the Greater China region, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, focusing on international arbitration and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Yang advises corporate clients in international arbitrations, complex commercial litigation, shareholders' disputes, joint venture and technology licensing disputes, financial services disputes, internal investigations and regulatory issues. He has represented clients in international arbitrations under the rules of ICC, HKIAC, CIETAC, SIAC, UNCITRAL, KLRCA, SCC and KCAB, as well as in the Hong Kong Courts.
