Led out of Singapore by Gregory Barclay but with some assistance at a non-partner level from Hong Kong, Goodwin's primary focus remains on advising international and regional asset managers establishing private equity and venture capital funds. Since the departure of Phil Culhane in September 2023 for an in-house role, and Elyn Xing who joined Latham & Watkins LLP's Singapore office in July 2024, counsel Edwin Wong  is the main practitioner on the ground in Hong Kong.
