Gábor Pázsitka joined CERHA HEMPEL Dezso & Partners as co-head of the banking and finance team from Jalsovszky in January 2023; he has strengthened the team’s cross-border reach, with experience in both international and Hungarian finance transactions. Edina Nagy, who co-leads alongside Pázsitka, is experienced in restructuring and insolvency matters, as well as banking and finance litigation. Nagy also works on project finance transactions, and the team has recently seen an increase in green energy project financings.
