Following the departure of practice head Gergő Szalai-Bordás, Dalma Ördögh joined the team in January 2025, leading the practice on complex transactions in the food and beverage sector, debt refinancing, and project finance deals. Tamás Vágner advises on the operation and organisational structure of financial institutions. Another key team member, who joined in July 2025, is Bálint Bodó, who works on both regulatory and transactional financing matters.
