Krisztián Osztopáni established the data protection and privacy practice at SBGK in 2018, and heads up the team along with András György, who takes a lead role in data protection audits. The team prepares internal personal data processing and GDPR compliance policies and has seen an increase in GDPR cases before official bodies; the group regularly represents clients before the Data Protection Authority and various domestic courts.
